Shipping Methods
We ship via USPSĀ Ground Advantage and Priority Mail. Shipping timesĀ in the USA from our Colorado warehouse are typically 1-5 days depending on the destination location.
International shipping times can vary greatly. Generally allow 8-15 days if shipping to Canada and longer if outside of North America.
International Duties
We ship all orders DDU or Delivered Duties Unpaid. This means that the buyer is responsible for any duties that may be levied by the importing of items from Restoration Supplies.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges imposed by their country. Orders refused due to unpaid duties or taxes may be returned to us. Any return shipping charges, duties, fees, or carrier charges incurred will be deducted from any eligible refund.
In the event an item is returned for this we will process in accordance with our Written Return & Refund Policy.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1 business day. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, inventory counts, severe weather events, or other periods of unusually high order volume.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Restoration Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
PreOrder FAQs
How long does it take to fulfill a preorder?
Preorders typically take 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled.
Can I return or exchange a preorder item?
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom or preorder items.
What happens if a preorder item is unavailable?
If an item is no longer available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options or provide a refund for that item.
