Shipping
We are excited to offer a flat rate shipping charge of $8.00 for the USA & $21.00 for Canadian orders. We only accept PayPal payments for all other international orders, please email us at sales@restorationsupplies.com, with the item number(s) and quantities. Also include your name, shipping address and PayPal user email. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated based on weight and location. We will invoice you via PayPal.
The delivery dates are based on the availability of your items and the shipping provider. Most items are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Please note; some items are special order & take 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
Return Policy
We will accept your return if postmarked within 30 from the date you received your merchandise.
Please note: The rubber for tea cart wheels is not returnable due to the fact we custom cut each order. Stains & finishes are not returnable. Non-defective items will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Shipping charges are nonrefundable
