Fiber Seat Boards are excellent replacement seats for chairs that had caned seats, cardboard seats, leather seats, etc.
This fiber seat board has an embossed design of an ornate shield It is molded to fit down into a hole in the chair seat.
Be sure the pattern size is smaller than the hole in your chair.
This replacement seat would require a hole with a minimum 11 1/4" x 11 1/4". Please note that this fiber seat comes in light reddish brown tone. The red can be toned down with a stain, if desired. Contact us with questions.

We recommend using item T7 or T1 for installation of the seats because they have small heads with a low dome. The nails can be spaced according to taste, but not to exceed two inches from center of tack to center of tack.

We love the way this seat looks and feels
I measured and marked, my husband cut out and sanded the seat to fit the old chair we were repairing, we stained and tacked it on the chair with fancy tacks, painted the whole thing with polyurethane. Looks and sits great now. Thank you.

Fiber seat boards
I have four victorian era chairs that I refinished and was going to re cane the seats. Well time became an issues so I purchased these faux leather seats. They arrived quickly and after some trimming, I stained them and tacked them to the chairs. They took urethane well and they look good.
